Nicki Minaj??? Really!?

So, i came across this photo on Creambmp and i just could not believe it! It shows a young lady who is claimed to be Nicki Minaj. I had to look twice to make sure that i was seeing right because, yes, it does look like her.

Creambmp makes a mockery of her by saying she suffered from a disease called "NOASSATALL".

NOW where did all that Nicki Minaj ASS  come from?
